2. Provide Order Number and photos of damage.
3. Review within 24 hours.
4. Free pickup or return shipping instructions.
5. Refund within 7-10 business days.

COD Orders: UPI/Bank Transfer
Online Payments: Original payment method
Timeline: 7-10 business days after inspection
Shipping: Free for valid returns
Exchanges
No direct exchanges. Initiate a return and place a fresh replacement order. Expedited shipping available.
Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Cancel from dashboard. Full refund in 3-5 days.
After Dispatch: Cannot cancel. Initiate return after delivery instead.
